In the end, I mostly figured it out myself
Using the software and gaining access was a bit of a journey for me, and honestly, I had to work out quite a bit on my own. The onboarding and training covered some basics, but many features, especially the database and dialer tools, required a lot of self-exploration before I felt confident. At times it felt like the instructions were too generic, which left gaps I had to fill by trial and error. Despite that, I found the automatic updates helpful since they tackled some bugs I encountered, though they didn’t explain new features in detail. The calling tools worked well once I tweaked the settings to my liking, yet getting there was a bit roundabout. Reflecting on it now, even if the software wasn’t plug-and-play, I managed to adapt, and I think continued use will only get easier. Overall, it’s usable but definitely needs a bit of figuring out personally.
