In the end, I just couldn’t get a clear picture out of it

I spent quite a bit of time trying to understand WFHI’s software and how to access it properly. The explanations given during onboarding weren’t as clear as I had hoped. I went through the training materials multiple times, hoping to get a grasp on the calling tools and the dialer setup. Yet, they often left me with more questions than answers because some key aspects were glossed over or simply assumed to be known. The database feature was another area where I struggled to figure out how it matched my workflow since the documentation felt vaguely described. Even the automatic updates weren’t well explained, so I wasn’t sure when or how they would impact the software. Signing up and handling invoices was straightforward enough, but it didn’t compensate for the lack of clarity elsewhere. I reached out to support hoping they would fill in the blanks, but the telephonic assistance was also quite cursory and didn’t help me resolve much. If there was one decent part, it was the brief overview of the software’s basics in the initial training, which at least gave me a starting point. Even with that, I ended up feeling uncertain and overwhelmed. Ultimately, I’m left without a clear picture of how to fully use or benefit from the software in my daily work. I wish the guidance had been more thorough, but this was my experience so far.
