In the end, I figured it out, but mostly on my own
The training was not super detailed, so I ended up having to work out quite a bit for myself. While the onboarding gave me access to basic instructions, it didn’t walk me through all the cool features like how to optimize the calling tools or properly use the dialer within my workflow. Because the automatic updates kept rolling out, I sometimes found myself re-learning parts of the software without any new training to explain what changed. Also, the database feature is useful, but it took me some trial and error to understand how to organize contacts effectively according to what suited my needs. I wouldn’t say the telephonic support was unhelpful, but I rarely reached out because I couldn’t always get through quickly, and I wasn’t sure if waiting would be worth it. The sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly enough, which was probably the simplest part of the whole experience. So, while I’m using everything now and it’s mostly working okay, I basically had to figure out many details on my own, without much guidance.
