Look, I’ve been through my fair share of onboarding programs, and frankly, most overpromise and underdeliver. Here, the training matched exactly what I expected after the sales pitch – no hidden tricks or last-minute curveballs. The way they introduced the calling tools and the database features was straightforward and easy to understand, nothing too fancy or confusing. I liked that the onboarding flow was paced well; not too fast, not too slow. Automatic updates came in without disrupting my workflow, which made things smooth. The telephonic support was also decent when I called a couple of times. All in all, if you ask me if this training is worth it, I'd just say it’s what they say it is – no more, no less – and that’s sort of refreshing. So yeah, tell your friend it’s solid if that’s what they need.
