Impressed with the ease compared to previous software
Before using this platform, I had tried a few other remote workflow tools that often felt clunky and difficult to navigate. What struck me immediately was how straightforward this software is to use. The interface is clean, making it easier to locate and use the calling tools and manage the database without unnecessary complications. The onboarding training was efficient, helping me grasp the features quickly so I wasn’t wasting time figuring things out on my own. Automatic updates run seamlessly in the background, which is a relief compared to previous solutions that required manual upgrades. While I’m still exploring all the features, what I’ve experienced so far is a big step up in terms of usability. The invoicing and payment steps were clear, making it hassle-free to get started. I expect to keep using this for the foreseeable future since it fits well with the remote workflows I’m managing now. Overall, I’m glad I moved to this software as it feels much more practical and less frustrating than what I used before.
