Impressed but frustrated – onboarding wasn’t like other tools
Before trying this service, I had experience with a few remote workflow platforms, but the onboarding here felt uniquely challenging. The tutorials and training materials were thorough yet felt overly generalized compared to what I was used to; the process didn’t guide me step by step through the software’s nuances. Unlike previous platforms where the onboarding was interactive and hands-on, here it was predominantly reading and video watching, which made the initial days quite frustrating. I did appreciate the detailed information about the calling dialer and database features, which helped me set up my workflow efficiently once I got past the initial hurdle. The training sessions were at times repetitive, but the trainers were clear and patient. What stood out was how automatic updates kept the software current without interrupting my work, which was a big plus. All in all, while the experience was positive overall and I gained new knowledge, I felt the onboarding could have been more streamlined and personalized to reduce the feeling of confusion and speed up proficiency compared to what I had previously used.
