Important clarity missing in the sales explanation

During my initial interaction with the sales team, I found that while they were polite, some key details about the software and training were not clearly explained. For example, I had questions about how the calling tools integrate with the database feature, but the information was vague and sometimes contradictory. Moreover, the sign-up and payment process wasn’t laid out in a simple way, which left me confused about the invoicing timelines and confirmation steps. I appreciate that they provided telephonic support for queries, but ideally, these basics should have been clarified upfront without my needing to ask repeated questions. The training outline was also somewhat unclear in terms of how long the onboarding would take and what exactly would be covered at each stage. While most products have some complexity, I expected a bit more straightforwardness during sales to help me make an informed decision. I will say that the sales team was responsive once I reached out, which helped somewhat, but the initial lack of full transparency did make me cautious. I hope that future buyers get a more comprehensive pre-purchase explanation as this would save everyone time and reduce confusion.
