If something went wrong, they handled it calmly enough
I found the WFHI onboarding training fairly smooth overall, though there were a couple of moments when things didn’t quite go to plan. For example, during the initial setup of the dialer tool, I sometimes encountered glitches which caused me to repeat certain steps. But instead of getting frustrated, the training team calmly walked me through retracing those steps and troubleshooting the issue. Their approach helped reduce some potential stress. The training modules were sequenced in a mostly sensible order, and they provided just enough explanation to address minor setbacks without overwhelming me. The database feature, which is essential for storing contacts, also had little hiccups at first but was handled promptly. They didn’t make a big deal out of the mistakes, which I appreciated because it kept me motivated to continue learning without feeling pressured. Although a couple of parts could have been reordered to improve flow, I’d say the onboarding suited someone who prefers a patient and gradual introduction to the software over a high-pressure start. I’d describe it simply as a steady, mostly positive experience with a few small bumps along the way.
