If I told my friend, it's mostly one-time setup, then smooth sailing
When I signed up for WFHI's training and onboarding, I expected a constant learning curve due to the complex software. However, it turned out the setup was largely a one-off process. The initial training covered most essentials and the onboarding flow was well-paced, so after that, using the tools felt more intuitive. Of course, there are occasional updates and useful refresher prompts, but the bulk of learning happened upfront, which was a relief. This contrasts with other platforms where ongoing complicated training is needed. So, I'd tell a friend the onboarding is thorough; once you pass that, it's mostly about using the software rather than learning it again and again.
