If I told a friend, I'd say support was responsive but training could improve
During the training and onboarding phase with WFHI, I found the team quite responsive whenever I reached out for clarifications or assistance. Their telephonic support team was patient and tried to help me troubleshoot issues, especially when I got stuck handling the database feature and dialer setup. That gave me confidence that support is genuinely attentive to user concerns. However, the initial training itself was somewhat generic and sometimes assumed prior familiarity with remote workflow software, which I did not have. I felt a bit rushed through some parts, and the follow-up training sessions didn't always fully address my detailed questions about automations and database integrations. This meant that while the people were responsive, the training content could have been a bit more tailored to individual experience levels. Also, the onboarding process had a few steps where the guidance wasn’t totally clear, which added some small amount of friction for me. Summing it up, I'd tell a friend WFHI has approachable and helpful people, but I’d also suggest budgeting some personal time to figure out a few details on your own.
