Ideal only for those with flexible hours or shifts
Upon reviewing the sales and pre-purchase process, I noticed that the software alignment with actual working hours is quite specific. It primarily caters to those who have a fixed schedule or predictable hours. If you work irregular or extended hours, some features might not entirely suit you, as they seem tailored for a certain working day structure. The onboarding process and training assume certain availability which might not fit everyone’s time constraints. Yet, if your working hours are consistent and you prefer a structured environment, the product and its training sessions will likely meet your expectations well. The sign-up and billing procedures are straightforward and align properly with regular working patterns, though they might not be as accommodating for shift-based or highly flexible schedules. Invoicing is clear but seems optimized for standard cycles rather than variable hours. The telephonic support works well during usual business hours but may not be helpful if your availability is outside of those times. So, while this system is an excellent fit for many, it might not suit those with genuinely chaotic or unpredictable job hours.
