Ideal if you want straightforward billing, maybe not for everyone
The billing and payments process was closer to what I expected than I had anticipated, which definitely gave me some peace of mind. I liked that I could review the invoice details before confirming payment, which matched what I was shown initially during the product selection. Managing payments through their portal felt straightforward without any hidden complexities, which is great if you prefer a smooth, no-fuss transaction process. That said, if you are someone who expects detailed itemization or very flexible payment options, this might not be the product experience you want. For me, simplicity was key, and WFHI delivered that well. The software access activated promptly after payment, so I didn’t face any delays, which added to an efficient start. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who values clear, straightforward billing, but those wanting more detailed financial reports might find it less suitable.
