Ideal for those patient with minor repeats
When I first engaged with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase software, I noticed that the communication involved a bit of repetition and waiting, but nothing too excessive. The initial sign-up and onboarding was pleasantly straightforward, yet I found myself revisiting some parts of the training to clarify foundational concepts. Overall, the system was responsive, but occasional delays popped up, especially during dialing sessions when the dialer seemingly paused to refresh connections or update the database feature. These interruptions weren't frequent but noticeable enough to mention. The automatic updates did help reduce manual checking, which was a redeeming factor. In terms of who would find this product suitable, it is best for users comfortable with some repetition and patience during the early stages as they learn the system’s nuances. The telephonic support team was available, though sometimes there was a short wait which meant I had to plan calls early in the day. What I liked most was the comprehensive integration of calling tools and database — this really streamlined my workflow once I got past the small hiccups. If you expect instant responses every time or dislike minor delays, this might not be the best fit. That said, overall the experience was positive, and I appreciated the design aimed at helping remote workflows, despite occasional waits and minimal repetition that felt a bit redundant at points.
