Ideal for self-starters, not so much if you want hand-holding
The training and onboarding process at WFHI is quite comprehensive, but it definitely leans towards those who are comfortable working things out independently. I found that much of the initial setup required me to navigate through various modules and tools by myself, with the training materials available online acting as a reference rather than a step-by-step guide. While the documentation was detailed, it wasn’t always clear how certain components connected, so you might need to spend some time experimenting to get the workflow right for your needs. For someone new to remote work software or those expecting personalized onboarding assistance, this might feel a bit overwhelming. On the other hand, if you are confident with tech and have some experience with remote workflows, the flexible pacing can be quite empowering. The videos and dashboards are well designed for self-led learning but don’t replace live training sessions. Overall, it would suit those who can manage a fairly hands-on start without needing constant guidance, but it may challenge less confident users during onboarding.
