Ideal for hands-on users, not for set-and-forget types
When things didn’t go as planned, the WFHI software’s responsiveness really stood out to me. The automatic updates were seamless enough, but a hiccup in connectivity caused access issues that tested my patience. Thankfully, the telephonic support was quite patient and walked me through a quick reset, which resolved the database syncing problem without fuss. This kind of software is perfect if you like being actively involved with your setup and can troubleshoot with some guidance. However, if you prefer a product that just runs smoothly without any intervention or detailed involvement, this might feel a bit demanding. I found the calling tools, including the dialer, to integrate well once the initial issues were ironed out. Overall, if you’re comfortable navigating minor technical challenges and value prompt support, this software will suit you well. I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect something completely hands-off though because you might end up frustrated.
