I wouldn't repeat the onboarding steps, it felt all over the place

My experience with the WFHI training and onboarding felt pretty disorganized from the start. The first step was signing up and getting access to the software, which went smoothly enough, but the next steps didn’t follow a sensible order. For example, I was introduced to the calling tools before fully grasping how to manage the database feature. Then the training jumped to advanced software features without consolidating the basics properly. It felt like the flow was scattered, and I often didn’t know what I was supposed to focus on at each point. The dialer’s setup was discussed late in the process, which made things confusing since I was expected to configure it without thorough understanding. Telephonic support was there, but it sometimes felt like my questions stopped them in their tracks because they expected me to already know certain things. All this added up to a frustrating journey that made me question whether I’d want to go through this entire onboarding again. Given the messy order and lack of clear progression, I personally would not repeat these steps if I had the choice, as I think it wasted time rather than helped me get started effectively.
