I wouldn’t go through their training again based on how it dealt with problems
If I’m completely honest, I can’t say I’d do the training with WFHI a second time. The main issue was when things started to go wrong, especially during the onboarding phase. Instead of clear guidance or straightforward fixes, I was left to troubleshoot many problems on my own, which led to frustration. The training seemed fine initially, but the moment I faced technical issues with the dialer syncing or database setup, support was either slow or not detailed enough to help solve the problems quickly. Automatic updates sometimes disrupted the process and there were no clear instructions on how to proceed after each update. I tried making use of telephonic support, but the experience felt disjointed and couldn’t resolve the recurring issues satisfactorily. For anyone expecting a smooth and flexible onboarding with solutions ready for unexpected hiccups, this might not fit. Personally, the struggle overshadowed the benefits and discouraged me from wanting to repeat the experience.
