I wouldn't go through the onboarding steps this way again
The software access began with signing up online, which was straightforward, but what followed was less so. I was led through several verification screens that felt out of sequence and somewhat redundant given the next steps required database setup. I expected access to core features first before configuring advanced options, but the process forced me to enter detailed workflow data before even testing the calling tools. When I finally reached the dialer interface, the connection tests were repetitive, which didn’t help my confidence much. Onboarding didn’t clarify how the automatic updates integrated with my current setup. The order of steps seemed to prioritize internal data gathering over practical use, so I ended up toggling back and forth between modules to get things working. While eventual access was granted, the convoluted setup detracted from the experience and caused unnecessary delays. I probably wouldn’t undertake this onboarding the same way again because it felt inefficient and poorly structured for first-time users focused on immediacy.
