I wouldn’t choose your onboarding again compared to others
I’ve used several onboarding programs before, and honestly, your training and onboarding fall short in some areas. The initial sign-up and invoicing were fine, but the way the training was structured compared poorly to others I have tried. It felt less interactive and more like watching a recorded session without much chance to ask questions or practice. The software’s calling tools and dialer are okay but needed more practical guidance that was missing in your sessions. I expected a smoother learning experience, and while I appreciate the automatic updates, I don’t think I would go through this onboarding again with your company if given a choice.
