I would reach out again, no doubt.
Honestly, I don’t expect to be a stranger to them anytime soon because these things can get tricky no matter how used you are to software. The telephonic support has been consistent across the different issues I’ve had while navigating the database and using the calling tool. There’s no point pretending I grasped everything the first time; the walkthrough during onboarding was clear, but sometimes the details get confusing when actually working. Their priority assistance line really made a difference when the software updated automatically and I had a question about what changed. For invoicing and payment processes too, I’ve had to double-check via support, and every time they were patient and explained what I was confused about without making me feel rushed. So yes, I expect I will need help again next time I run into something new or unexpected, and I’m confident they’ll pick up the call. It’s just how it goes with this kind of product and setup, and that’s something I’ve learned to accept after going through their training and trial phase.
