I would not sign up again due to confusing labels
My experience with the software was marred by the unclear and inconsistent wording on the access screens and buttons. Many times, I found myself unsure whether I was entering the correct information because the labels did not always match the typical terminologies I was familiar with. This confusion extended to the onboarding flow, where some steps seemed redundant and others were not properly explained. Although the invoicing process was straightforward, the journey to get there felt unnecessarily complicated. I contacted telephonic support hoping for quick help, but they were unable to clarify the labeling issues within a reasonable time. Because of these frustrating points, I would not want to repeat this process and prefer a system that is more intuitive and user-friendly in its language and design.
