I would get help again if needed
My experience with WFHI's support system was mostly positive. The communication was clear and timely whenever I had queries. I would consider reaching out for help again in the future if I face any complexities with the software. However, there was a slight delay in response at one point that I didn't appreciate. Overall, I think I would go through the same process again if necessary.
