I would consider using WFHI products again despite some order issues
When I first explored the software and training options at WFHI, I found the sales and pre-purchase steps arranged with a decent structure but not always in a sensible order. The initial sign-up process was clear and included helpful invoicing details early on. However, some training components seemed to come before I had fully accessed the necessary software features to apply them effectively. This mismatch occasionally made the learning curve steeper than necessary. The onboarding flow did provide a logical sequence eventually, but it felt like a small scramble to catch up during the first few days. Customer interaction was formal but professional, offering telephonic support that assisted with clarifying these points. Despite these niggles, I recognize that the overall framework enabled a reasonable transition into working remotely with their tools. Given these experiences and the steady updates the software receives, I would consider using WFHI products again, hoping for a tighter integration of the sales and training steps in the future to facilitate smoother onboarding.
