During the training, I found that the scheduling fit reasonably well with the hours I usually work. The sessions mostly started on time and were designed with some flexibility to accommodate different time zones. This was important to me because I do not keep a strict nine-to-five routine. The training materials were accessible online, so I could go through parts asynchronously which also helped balance my workday. On some days, the live calls did overlap with other commitments, which was a little inconvenient but not enough to deter me. Overall, the onboarding felt supportive but would benefit from a bit more timing customization for different work habits. If offered again, I would take part because the content was useful and the format decent, even if sometimes slightly rigid. The communication about timing was clear and honest from the start, so I had realistic expectations. I think anyone with a flexible schedule would find the training manageable but those with very strict or unusual hours might find it trickier. For me, it was a positive enough experience that I would consider doing it again if the opportunity arose and timing was suitable.
