I would choose the training again without hesitation
The onboarding and training program was actually really effective. I completed all the modules and by the end I felt confident about using the software daily. The instructions were clear and the pace was just right—not too slow, not too fast. The trainers covered everything from setting up workflows to using the calling tools and managing the database, so I didn’t feel lost at all. I liked that there were interactive elements too, so it wasn’t just passive watching. That helped me stay engaged and actually retain what I learned. By the time I finished, I was ready to independently handle the software without needing to ask for help constantly. There were a few minor glitches during sessions but nothing that disrupted learning. If I ever needed to go through the training again, I definitely would. Overall the program made me feel capable and less anxious about using such a comprehensive tool. This was exactly what I expected and wanted from a training course, so I can say I’d repeat it without any second thoughts.
