I went ahead with it, though some labels were confusing
Before purchasing, I spent some time reviewing how the software was presented, especially the wording and labels used during sign-up and in the training modules. Some of the terminology felt inconsistent, which left me a bit unsure about what exactly I was committing to and how certain features, like the database and dialer, would actually integrate. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment process was clear and fairly straightforward, which gave me confidence in their system. However, the pre-purchase information could have been better organized to reduce ambiguity, especially regarding the automatic updates and how support communication happens. Though these small reservations existed, I decided that the overall feature set and training offerings were worth trying out, and I've since found some of the tools to be genuinely helpful in managing remote workflows while I continue to get used to the interface.
