I wasn’t that confident after all the support calls
It took quite a bit of effort on my part to feel even somewhat confident that the support team understood my issues. Initially, I thought telephonic support would resolve everything quickly, but it felt like explaining the problem repeatedly to different people. Some of them did seem to try their best, yet the solutions given were occasionally too generic or required me to follow up with detailed explanations multiple times. I found the communication a bit patchy at times, which didn’t help my confidence grow. They did guide me through the invoice and payment steps without issues, so that part was straightforward. Training materials were informative but perhaps lacked the depth I needed to avoid relying on support calls so frequently. Maybe if the onboarding process had been more tailored, I wouldn’t have felt the need to keep asking the same questions. While the team stayed polite and patient, I remain unsure if next time I will get quicker resolution from them. Overall, support demanded more effort than I expected just to reach a moderate level of certainty.
