I wasn't convinced by the level of responsiveness
Before purchasing, I was evaluating how responsive and helpful the sales and pre-purchase teams would be because I wanted a smooth start. Initially, I felt some interest and the representatives did respond to my queries, often providing standard information about software features and payment details. However, over a few interactions, the responses began to appear slower and less thorough than what I expected. I attempted to get specific clarifications about invoice processes and database capabilities, but it often took longer than anticipated to get clear answers. The balance between the helpful aspects and the frustrating delays made me question if the support team was fully attentive to pre-purchase concerns. At one point, I felt like the enthusiasm they initially showed was not matched with the actual follow-through. Although the software itself seems promising from what I finally tested, this early responsiveness would have played a big role in building trust and confidence, which, sadly, didn’t quite click for me. It was almost as if the moment I needed reassurance the most, the support was slightly out of touch with my expectations. This aspect weighed on my overall impression before going ahead with the purchase.
