I was surprised how much setup needed ongoing attention
At first, I assumed that the bulk of the setup for the software and training would be a one-off activity. I was ready to get everything sorted during onboarding and then smoothly continue using the dialer and database with minimal intervention. However, I discovered that while the initial training sessions are thorough, there is a fair amount of ongoing adjustment and support needed. For example, managing automatic updates and adapting to software changes requires regular review, which was more than I expected. The telephonic support is available, but sometimes it takes time to get a full resolution. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward and required less ongoing attention. Overall, the balance between one-off setup and continuous maintenance caught me by surprise. One reservation I have is the dependency on frequent training refreshers to keep pace with updates. This means I need to invest time continually to optimize workflow using the tools, which wasn't quite what I initially thought.
