I was surprised how much I had to figure out myself
Using WorkFromHomeIndia for training and onboarding showed me that a lot of the process was quite self-directed. The materials and software were all available clearly within their platform, but I quickly realized that I had to spend a significant amount of time exploring and trying different features on my own. The training steps were laid out in order, but they didn’t always cover every detail of using the call dialer or managing the database features, which meant I learned a lot through trial and error. The automatic updates improved the software steadily, but they didn’t highlight new functionalities in a way that directed me specifically. Similarly, invoicing and payment flows required me to understand the terms and timing by reading through instructions without direct reminders. Telephonic support was responsive when I called, but I found myself relying primarily on my own initiative. What surprised me the most was how much I had to discover by myself rather than from structured guidance. Still, this approach worked well enough to get me comfortable with the workflow after some effort.
