I was surprised how much follow-up help I’d still need
From the start, I thought the sales and pre-purchase phase would be pretty straightforward, but what surprised me was how often I had to seek help after signing up. Even though the initial sign-up and payment processes were fine, using the software day to day revealed complexities I hadn’t anticipated. The database management features, for example, required guidance more than once. Also, I wasn’t expecting to call support as frequently as I did to clarify how the automatic updates affected my tools. This need for ongoing support was more than I assumed when I first bought the software. I don’t feel it’s anything wrong per se, but it means I will probably need to reach out again next time I use the system for complex functions. So honestly, I’m not sure if the learning curve is steep or just the way this product operates. At the very least, I can say the invoicing and payment were efficient and didn’t cause any problems, which made the early phase easier. Still, for my expectations, needing so much help was the main surprise.
