I was surprised how little hand-holding I needed
Starting with WFHI's training and onboarding, I thought it would be a lot of back-and-forth guidance, but much of it was self-explanatory. First, I signed up easily through their clear process and then explored the dashboard. After getting access to the dialer and calling tools, I found that the interface was intuitive enough to figure out on my own, without needing constant external help. The database feature was integrated nicely, so managing contacts felt straightforward. Of course, on the first day, I did call support for some clarifications, and they were helpful, but I spent most time learning by doing. Also, the automatic updates rolled out without interrupting my workflow, which was a pleasant bonus. Overall, the step-by-step training happened mostly through the software itself, and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to rely heavily on external instructions or constant coaching.
