I was surprised by the repetitive waiting times
Honestly, I didn’t expect to face so much waiting when reaching out to support. Initially, I called to get help with the dialer setup, and after a long wait, the agent asked me to repeat the same details I had given earlier. This happened twice before they started addressing my issue. It seemed the communication wasn’t streamlined and I felt like I was going in circles. On the bright side, once connected, the information they provided was actually useful, so that part was fine. But the overall delay and needing to repeat myself multiple times added unnecessary frustration. I wish the process was more smooth and efficient from the beginning because it took much longer than expected to get to a resolution.
