I was surprised by the order of support steps
I expected that when I called the support for any queries, they would first assess my issue clearly, give some initial instructions, and follow up fast if needed. But what I experienced was quite different. First, I was made to wait quite a bit on the phone before anyone picked up, which is frustrating when you want quick answers. Then, when the agent connected, the first few steps were not very logical to me because they asked me to do things that I thought could have been checked simultaneously or later on. In particular, some of the database troubleshooting steps were repetitive, and I was asked for the same information multiple times. On the plus side, the person I spoke to was polite and tried to be helpful, which I appreciate. But the sequencing of instructions made it feel like the solution was not efficiently targeted. I wish the process was a bit more streamlined and that they used the data I had already provided to avoid redundant checks. Also, the priority assistance I was told about felt like it kicked in too late, as I had to remain on hold despite it being described as a fast service. Overall, I think the support could improve by reviewing how they order the steps in customer communication to make interactions smoother and less time-consuming. Though the team clearly wants to help, the approach taken surprised me more than once in ways that weren't really helpful.
