I was surprised by the order in which things happened
Starting with my pre-purchase experience, I thought the flow of steps was mostly okay, but I did get a bit surprised by how the sales process ordered everything. At first, I expected to get a full demo before any form of commitment, but it almost felt as if they wanted you to sign up first and then showed the training and software tutorials. It left me circling back over some emails to check if I'd missed something. I liked that once I was signed up, the onboarding was smooth and continuous, though. The signup and payment process were clearly communicated, which helped me settle into the software itself without confusion. At the same time, I felt a few more explanations about the database integration and calling tools earlier on would have made the entire sequence feel more logical. It was a bit strange how auto-updates and dialer instructions were introduced later, rather than upfront. To be honest, I did spend a bit of time just figuring out how everything connected. But looking back, the hands-on training did tie things together quite well, which reassured me. So, while the order of things at first was somewhat surprising and made me double-check what came next, it ended up mostly okay in the end. Maybe they could streamline steps better, but I think it’s something I can get used to.
