I was surprised by the flow's mixed logic

The steps provided during onboarding had some predictable order, which helped me understand what to do next. However, I was caught off guard when certain follow-up instructions popped up before I finished earlier tasks fully. The telephonic support was helpful in clarifying this, though it did mean extra calls. On the positive side, the software's automatic update process seemed well-timed and seamless. Yet, the sequence of training modules sometimes felt slightly out of sync with my progress, making the process less efficient than I expected. Overall, the flow was workable but left me guessing on a couple of occasions where I thought a clearer structure would have saved time.
