I was surprised by my mixed confidence
When I first engaged with the WFHI software, I had high hopes. The sales process was straightforward and informative, which made me feel reassured. However, once I started using the software, I found some features a bit confusing and not as intuitive as I anticipated. While the initial guidance was helpful, it didn’t entirely prepare me for navigating everything on my own.
