I was surprised by how well everything was explained
You can tell that you guys really put a lot of effort into explaining your services. I expected to do a lot of digging, but honestly, your explanations were clear and detailed. It made a big difference to my understanding of what I was getting into. The only thing that threw me off was a small section that felt a bit rushed. Still, overall, very helpful, and I appreciated the transparency.
