I was surprised by how way they organized the support steps
I found the support and communication workflow pretty interesting actually. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much order in how the help would be delivered, but it surprised me how there was a sensible sequence to everything. Starting with the initial contact during sign-up, moving through the training sessions, then onto dialing system tests and database setup - each step felt like it naturally led to the next. At first, I was a bit all over the place, wondering if I was missing something, but in looking back, I realize the clearer points like the telephonic support callbacks and updates notifications really kept me on track. What stood out especially was how the training and onboarding prepared me to use the software tools without having to dive deep randomly. I guess, when you think about it, logical order sails you through better even though at times I felt it was a bit iterative. So yeah, that alignment of support steps was what caught me off guard, in a good way. It makes me think that the whole setup can become more intuitive the more you lean into their structured approach.
