I was surprised by how unclear some pre-purchase information was
When I first started looking at WFHI software, I expected a straightforward sales presentation, but I was surprised by how vague some of the explanations were. The details around the software’s capabilities and the training provided weren’t communicated clearly, which left me uncertain about what exactly was included. I had to ask multiple questions to get a basic understanding of how the calling tools and database feature worked together. The sign-up and payment processes also felt a bit rushed, without a clear walkthrough or demo to show me what to expect. On a positive note, at least the telephonic support was friendly whenever I reached out for clarifications. Still, I felt that better upfront transparency and detailed explanations during the sales phase would have helped me make a more confident purchasing decision. It wasn’t a frustrating experience, just more confusing than I expected.
