I was surprised by how support really worked out
Before starting with the software and services, I expected support to be pretty generic and mostly automated, given the nature of WFHI’s remote workflow solutions. What surprised me was how accessible actual people were via phone for telephonic support, which was not what I anticipated. That said, when it came to complex questions about updates and database management, the support team’s responses were factual but sometimes vague, which left me needing to figure some things out myself. On the payment and invoicing side, support gave clear instructions as expected. The signup process was as straightforward as promised but the onboarding training, while well-structured, did not fully cover some user-specific questions. So support met expectations in routine matters but was less helpful in edge cases, which was not quite what I expected going in.
