When I first signed up for WFHI software and services, I honestly expected the billing and payments part to take longer than it did. Usually, for tools like this, there are multiple back-and-forths about invoices and payments before the access is granted. Here, however, the invoicing was pretty efficient and clear, and I was able to get started without significant delays. Yes, the process requires some basic information and verification, but compared to other software sign-ups I have experienced, this was pleasantly quick. There was a slight wait for the automatic updates to install after I signed in, but that didn’t disrupt my workflow too much. The fast activation of my account made me feel ready to dive into training right away. Of course, I’m aware that sometimes things can take longer, depending on timing, but I’m glad I wasn’t held back by billing hassles. The balance between thorough invoicing and good speed surprised me, and it made the initial setup phase quite smooth.
