I was surprised by how out of order the steps felt
When I started the training and onboarding, I noticed that the sequence of steps didn't feel very logical. First, I had to go through quite a bit of software setup before even touching the calling tools or dialing features, which was confusing. Usually, I expect to get an overview and basic practice early on but that was delayed. You also included a lot of theoretical content that I think would have worked better after some initial hands-on experience. On the positive side, the database training was quite thorough and well explained. The automatic updates were useful but I found the related instructions a bit buried in the materials, so I missed some parts initially. Another good thing was the telephonic support, which was reliable when I needed quick clarifications. However, the order of training modules made it tough to predict what step to focus on next and caused delays. I think if you rearranged the onboarding to start with the dialer and calling basics, then worked through deeper software features, the process would flow more naturally. Overall, while individual elements were helpful, the sequence of steps in the training felt like it could use reordering for better clarity and efficiency.
