I was surprised by how much was left to figure out myself
The training and onboarding process for the software seemed promising at first, but I quickly realized I had to do a lot of the learning on my own. Initially, I went through the introductory training sessions and tried to understand how the dialing tools and database features worked, but there wasn’t much hand-holding. The onboarding flow felt incomplete because I was often left to navigate the software interface without clear instructions. For example, setting up the automatic updates was confusing and required me to search online forums rather than getting step-by-step guidance. Although telephonic support was there, it sometimes took time to get through and the answers felt generic. The sign-up and payment process itself was smooth, but the transition to actual productive workflow was rough. I expected dedicated training to be more comprehensive but ended up spending a lot of hours trialing various features on my own to see what fit my needs. It was frustrating to realize that even after paying for the training service, much of the knowledge transfer depended on my initiative. This surprised me because I assumed more setup support would be included to make the onboarding seamless.
