I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your training and onboarding process. It was clear and structured, which helped me feel confident as I progressed. By the end, I genuinely felt like I had a strong grasp on the software and how to manage remote workflows. It was surprising to see how comprehensive the training module was. While I did have a bit of confusion at one part regarding the billing aspect, overall, it didn't overshadow the amazing help I received. You provided little tips throughout, which made a huge difference. I expected the process to be overwhelming, but you really made it user-friendly. I felt supported the whole way through and your team was readily available for questions. I left the training feeling ready to tackle challenges, but just wish that one section had slightly more clarity. Overall, a fantastic experience!
