I was surprised by how many steps were out of logical order
While using the software and going through the access steps, I noticed several parts of the process were not arranged in a sensible sequence. For example, I had to handle database setup before fully understanding how to use the calling tools or dialer. This forced me to go back and forth between modules, which was frustrating. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward enough, but the onboarding flow seemed confusing because the training came later than I expected. The automatic updates were fine and worked as intended, but they did not help much with the initial complexity caused by poor step ordering. I think this could have been improved by laying out the instructions and relevant sections in a cleaner progression. I was surprised that a software meant for remote workflows would have such a disorganized start, as it made getting started more difficult than necessary. I hope future updates will improve the logical flow to help new users avoid this issue.
