I was surprised by how little support actually helped
Looking back, I can say the experience was disappointing because the support system didn’t work as I had expected. Initially, I thought once I asked for help through the telephonic support, things would get sorted smoothly, but that was not the case. Even after several attempts, the assistance was insufficient and often left me confused, which made me reluctant to reach out again. The training and onboarding flow didn’t prepare me adequately for issues I encountered, especially with the dialer and how the database feature worked under real conditions. I had hoped for a more proactive approach, including updates or follow-ups, which never happened. Based on this, I’m not confident that I would seek support next time if similar problems arise since the last effort felt like more work than progress. The invoicing and payment process was relatively straightforward, but that did not compensate for the communication breakdowns elsewhere. In reflection, the whole customer support experience was frustrating enough that it discouraged me from continuing with the software as actively as I initially planned.
