I was surprised by how inaccessible the software remained
From the moment I tried to log in, I encountered constant errors that severely hampered my experience. Despite following all the instructions, I was not able to access essential features, which quickly led to frustration. The user interface was confusing, and key functions seemed hidden or non-responsive. I expected at least the onboarding training to provide clarity, but it felt incomplete and unhelpful. When I attempted to reach out to support by phone, the wait times were long and responses were generic rather than tailored to my issues. This only added to my doubts about the platform. By the end of my limited use, I lacked confidence that this software could meet my needs. Given these persistent access problems and poor assistance, I feel that the investment was not worthwhile. I hope you consider improving the access protocols and user interface to avoid similar disappointment for others in the future.
