I was surprised by how difficult it was
I really expected this WFHI software to be user-friendly. But the setup process was frustrating and took way longer than I thought it would. Once I got through the one-off steps, the ongoing access issues made it hard to stay productive. I couldn't even get basic functions to work properly, and I felt stuck without the support I hoped for. It was honestly more trouble than it was worth, leaving me feeling extremely disappointed. I was surprised that a product marketed for remote workflows could be so complicated. I wanted to like it, but it just didn't work out for me at all. Overall, it has been a very frustrating experience, and I'm not inclined to recommend it. The software has potential, but it needs a lot of improvement for the setup to be more seamless and user-friendly. If you're considering this, you might want to think twice unless they make significant changes soon.
