I realized the support wasn’t enough after a while
Looking back on my time with the software, I remember the moment it really clicked that the setup process was going to be more frustrating than helpful. Initially, I believed the telephonic support would walk me through everything smoothly, but after many calls, I found myself repeatedly struggling with aspects of the database and dialer configuration. The training seemed insufficient to address the complex needs of my workflow, leaving me to figure out key features alone. This sense of ongoing complication caused me to lose confidence and slowed my work substantially. Even automatic updates didn’t fix the core difficulties I faced, as they mostly handled minor tweaks. The payment and invoicing were the only clearly straightforward parts in this experience. Some time later, I concluded that the support was too sparse to handle the continual adjustments I needed, and the absence of more personalized onboarding made me feel stuck instead of progressing.
